Welcome to Chelsea Floral Design! I'm Chelsea, a wife, mama of two boys, and a gardener and florist. I specialize in creating floral arrangements for events including weddings, baby showers, birthdays and more. I am based in Arizona and am focused on giving my clients the flowers of their dreams.
